Key Responsibilities

  • •Support administration and management of the employee life cycle, including contract deadlines, probation periods, part-time contracts, renewals, organizational changes, and pre-hiring processes.
  • •Assist with onboarding and training by organizing induction meetings, monitoring mandatory training courses, and following up to resolve critical issues.
  • •Help coordinate processes between Lifestyle HR and Corporate HR at Headquarters.
  • •Monitor, analyze, and report on the Performance & Feedback process, including clothing allowance and expense report monitoring.
  • •Manage sales incentive assignment letters and act as an interface for employee support on welfare topics and portal usage.

Key Requirements

  • •Recent Master graduate or current Master student eligible for internship, ideally in Work Psychology, Economics, Law, or Human Resources Management.
  • •First work experience through internships or projects (ideally in automotive or luxury sectors).
  • •Strong analytical, structured thinking, and attention to detail with a sense of responsibility.
  • •Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • •Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); fluent English required (AI tools knowledge is a plus).
