Job Summary

Drive excellence in the delivery of Nature Services (Ecology) projects within the GCC India team. Serve as the primary technical liaison for UK-based Nature Services and Arboriculture directors, leading ecology output planning and delivery from inception to completion while ensuring quality against WSP and client standards. Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and commercial performance, and uphold health, safety, welfare, risk, and information security requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary technical liaison for UK-based Nature Services & Arboriculture directors.
•Lead planning, execution, and delivery of ecology-related outputs from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality technical deliverables.
•Provide operational oversight and technical guidance to the GCC Ecology team, championing technical excellence across proposals and reports.
•Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks; forecast workloads and allocate resources; monitor commercial performance.
•Uphold local health and safety, welfare, risk, and information security standards; conduct reviews and promote Safety by Design.
•Act as the technical face of the India-based Ecology team in client interactions; maintain relationships and support bids and strategic business development.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience in Environmental/Ecology disciplines, preferably within infrastructure development.
•Membership in a relevant professional institution.
•Proven track record managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
•Strong commercial acumen and accountability.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience mentoring and upskilling technical teams.
