Job Summary

Provide operational support and administration for Microsoft Exchange Online and other Microsoft 365 messaging services in a large enterprise environment. Troubleshoot messaging incidents, manage mailboxes and mail flow, run message tracing and transport rule management, and support Entra ID user administration and licensing. Use PowerShell to automate reporting and operational tasks, collaborate with infrastructure/security/application teams, maintain technical documentation, and participate in on-call incident response.

•Administer and support Microsoft Exchange Online in a large-scale enterprise environment.
•Manage mailboxes and distribution/shared/resource mailbox configurations and mail flow.
•Troubleshoot and resolve messaging incidents, service requests, and escalations.
•Perform message tracing, mail flow analysis, and transport rule management.
•Support Entra ID user administration, licensing, and authentication-related issues; use PowerShell for automation and reporting.

Key Requirements

•3+ years administering Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online in an enterprise environment supporting 1,000+ users.
•2+ years using PowerShell for Microsoft 365 administration, reporting, or automation.
•2+ years managing Exchange Online mailboxes, mail flow, transport rules, message tracing, and email troubleshooting in production.
•Experience supporting Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), group management, and licensing administration.
•Experience supporting Microsoft Defender for Office 365, email security, and messaging compliance features.
