Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage delivery of changes for IBG Business group IT solutions from requirements to technical specifications through post-implementation maintenance.
  • •Ensure SDLC and change-management execution across testing, quality, and compliance controls throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Oversee incident and problem management, ensuring controls and resolutions are in place to prevent recurrence.
  • •Provide stakeholder management and senior-management reporting on change and IT delivery, aligned to SLA, schedule, budget, and scope.
  • •Guide and mentor the team and coordinate across onshore, offshore, and vendor resources to deliver critical payment gateways/platform support and improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •12-14 years of experience in project/program management of financial services.
  • •Hands-on Core banking and FLEXCUBE experience, including product designing and implementation for business requirements.
  • •Strong knowledge of banking domain (e.g., Core Banking, General Ledger, Loans, Payments, Trade Finance) and banking operations.
  • •Proven ability to manage SDLC and change management, including testing, quality/compliance controls, and test/release discipline.
  • •2-3 years of team management with strong stakeholder management, reporting, and cross-border/onsite-offshore/vendor coordination skills.
