Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and shape significant parts of the product stack, from AI voice agents to internal ops tooling.
  • •Develop and refine LLM-powered features to handle high-stakes conversations and emergencies with context from medical records and practice protocols.
  • •Collaborate across frontend and backend teams to deliver scalable, reliable AI-driven workflows (scheduling, triage, education).
  • •Integrate appointment history, medical records, and practice-specific protocols to improve clinical outcomes.
  • •Engage directly with customers and contribute to technical leadership as the company scales.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 200,000 annually

  • •Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) and practical software engineering
