Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in integration and development of the A220 High Lift flight control systems.
  • •Define and agree system interfaces with other aircraft systems.
  • •Define system and component-level requirements to meet program technical objectives.
  • •Conduct technical investigations, analyze, and develop solutions and trade studies.
  • •Support suppliers’ design evaluation and coordinate validation/verification, testing, and certification activities.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent (recognized university).
  • •Minimum of 5 years of experience in the aerospace industry.
  • •Knowledge of specification, design, integration, test and certification of flight control systems and/or components.
  • •Experience with control system development processes including requirement decomposition per ARP4754.
  • •Knowledge of RTCA DO-160 and DO-178; familiarity with FAR 25 / CS 525 certification processes.
