Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in the Career Accelerator Program with professional and technical training during your ramp to TI
  • •Complete the 8-month FAST Technical Sales track with three rotations: Field Sales Office, Mass Market, and Business Unit/Systems Engineering & Marketing
  • •Partner with customers and internal teams to uncover and win customer opportunities using TI sales tools and virtual account system
  • •Develop, forecast, and monitor an annual plan for revenue growth using commercial customer relationship management
  • •Use technical expertise and engineering relationships to identify projects and manage/quantify leads

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field
  • •Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher
  • •Ability to balance strong technical skills with relationship-building capabilities
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in teams across functions
  • •Ability to manage time effectively and drive results in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
