Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide design support, guidance, and leadership across the full design lifecycle for electric actuation and related subsystems.
  • •Lead generation of innovative design concepts and configurations for electro-mechanical actuation systems.
  • •Review and approve design engineering deliverables and ensure compliance with design processes, engineering standards, and programme requirements.
  • •Oversee creation of manufacturing data packages, engineering drawings, and tolerance analyses; support verification, qualification, and production support.
  • •Lead problem-solving and failure investigation/corrective action activities; mentor junior engineers, graduates, and students.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent engineering qualification.

  • •Proven problem-solving ability, including experience supporting failure investigations.
