Job Summary

Own the end-to-end sales process for TRM’s EMEA private sector accounts, driving go-to-market success across diverse markets and regulatory environments. Engage current and net-new stakeholders, spearhead blockchain intelligence adoption into customer workflows, and manage renewals, expansions, and upsells. Build territory plans tied to revenue and churn metrics, deepen product and vertical expertise, and use customer feedback loops to improve outcomes—within a fast, high-ownership environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Connect with key stakeholders in the EMEA territory to identify mission applications, budget holders, decision-makers, influencers, and process owners.
•Lead the implementation of blockchain intelligence into customer workflows, deepening understanding of how customers apply TRM’s tooling and data.
•Own, plan, and execute activities to nurture relationships, feedback loops, referrals, renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and expansions.
•Create and execute strategic territory plans to meet revenue and churn targets while uncovering new growth opportunities.
•Hone product and customer vertical subject-matter expertise across demos, trials, customer advisory sessions, and innovation workshops.

Key Requirements

•At least 6+ years selling SaaS products, or 2 years with expert customer domain/mission knowledge and a consulting background.
•Experience with virtual currencies, digital assets, and their use in financial networks.
•Strong knowledge of crypto-native organizations and their workflows, procurement processes, and organizational structures, particularly in EMEA.
•Familiarity with the European AML regulatory framework (e.g., 5AMLD, MiCA, FATF guidelines) and how it applies to financial institutions and fintechs.
•Strong customer-facing presentation/listening skills, with the ability to establish credibility with senior executives, plus storytelling and value-proposition building.
