Senior Finance Director, Greater China

Lead end-to-end finance partnership for the Greater China cluster, advising the GC Managing Director and Leadership Team on strategy, commercial decision-making, pricing, investment, and expansion. Own annual and strategic planning, forecasting, and monthly business reviews, translating performance into clear actions. Oversee capital, working capital, and cash flow management, while ensuring strong financial controls and compliance across US GAAP, PRC GAAP, statutory requirements, and SOX. Build and develop a high-performing finance organization across sub-functions and locations.
