Maintain and manage communications and network infrastructure supporting voice, video, and data across the site. Lead infrastructure architecture for HD, low-latency live video streaming, administer network video recording, and configure codec settings. Diagnose and resolve complex video streaming hardware issues, including switches, routers, physical layer components, and UPS-related network capabilities. Implement and maintain site communications and video systems, security camera/servers, and coordinate fiber/copper cabling installs with contractors while documenting systems with CAD.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and manage communication infrastructure to data servers, networking hardware, IP devices, and IT systems.
•Lead the architecture and build out infrastructure to support HD quality video.
•Develop and maintain high-performance video streaming infrastructure, including administering the network video recording system.
•Configure and test codec settings for live video streaming and troubleshoot complex video streaming hardware problems.
•Implement and maintain site communications and video systems, including security cameras/servers and fiber/copper cabling installs with contractors, while documenting systems using CAD.

Key Requirements

•Associate’s degree in a mechanical, electrical, or computer field.
•2+ years performing manual electronic tasks such as soldering, insulation and wiring, splicing, and fiber optic fusion splicing/component selection.
•1+ years configuring and troubleshooting IP devices on a network.
•Ability to provide strong streaming support, including low-latency live video foundations.
•Experience with camera management systems and digital video systems.
