Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and implement the store operational plan to exceed sales objectives.
  • •Set sales budgets and targets, cascade them to the team, and ensure targets are met.
  • •Lead daily store operations to deliver customer service standards, maximizing sales and profitability.
  • •Maintain store appearance per Apple guidelines; apply and evaluate audit/mystery shopper findings for improvements.
  • •Lead inventory and cash management (storage, tracking, control, merchandising/replenishment, and register reconciliation) and address customer complaints with back-office support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • •At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • •Ability to define, develop, and implement store operational plans to exceed sales objectives.
