Key Responsibilities

•Own and drive day-to-day partner management including execution, campaign launches, reporting, issue resolution, and performance tracking.
•Hunt, build and manage high-impact brand partnerships across categories relevant to CRED members.
•Drive product adoption and enable growth through strategic merchant alliances across products.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, growth, marketing, operations, design) to execute partnership initiatives successfully.
•Identify growth opportunities within existing partnerships and scale high-performing constructs.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, merchant growth, enterprise sales, category or account management within consumer internet, fintech, commerce, loyalty, or digital businesses.
•Experience managing and growing brand or merchant partnerships with measurable business outcomes.
•Understanding of consumer and merchant ecosystems across categories such as fashion, travel, food delivery, lifestyle, entertainment, retail, or digital services.
•Experience working cross-functionally with teams across product, marketing, operations, growth, analytics, or business functions.
•Strong ownership mindset with the ability to execute independently in fast-paced and evolving environments.
