Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and integrate programs, plans, strategies, and processes to meet business goals, including sourcing strategy, deployment analysis, and impact mitigation.
  • •Coordinate analysis with business partners to validate results, determine scope, and develop business cases.
  • •Coordinate commitments with internal and external organizations to fulfill strategies.
  • •Identify risks and opportunities, develop mitigation planning, refine business cases, and gain leadership approval.
  • •Provide implementation direction, collect and organize status data, ensure follow-up for issue resolution, and provide coaching and guidance to entry-level personnel.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and 10+ years' related work experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • •Experience interfacing with enterprise-level leadership by developing and leading projects and/or presentations.
  • •2+ years in an engineering or manufacturing environment, including leading complex hiring initiatives and staffing forecasting or organizational planning.
  • •Experience in data analysis and reporting to support strategic decision making.
  • •Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance requiring U.S. citizenship; interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret/SCI clearance post-start required.
