Job Summary

Lead the launch, governance, and execution of additive manufacturing capabilities across EMEA, including adoption and growth of a newly established Additive Manufacturing Centre. Own digital part management through standardized intake, approval, and catalog processes, partnering with IT, engineering, procurement, operations, and supply chain. Manage databases and part lifecycle workflows to improve efficiency, reduce duplication, enable print-on-demand and digital inventory, and deliver training and measurable cost-savings tracking.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the operation, adoption, and growth of a newly established Additive Manufacturing Centre serving EMEA.
•Own governance and execution of digital part management, ensuring standardization, efficiency, and data integrity across the AM part ecosystem.
•Serve as central authority for part intake, approval, and catalog management; work cross-functionally with IT, purchasing, engineering, operations, and supply chain to eliminate redundancy.
•Manage and continuously improve core processes including part request intake, part number creation, catalog onboarding, and ongoing catalog integrity with revision control and obsolescence management.
•Track and report cost savings metrics across plants and divisions; manage the centralized AM part drawing database and train users on catalog access, usage protocols, and digital file governance.

Key Requirements

•Associate or Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing operations, engineering, supply chain, or equivalent experience.
•Familiarity with additive manufacturing processes and part lifecycle management.
•Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
•Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage complex datasets.
•Strong communication, collaboration, and the ability to challenge assumptions to drive practical solutions.
