Key Responsibilities

•Own a book of 5–15 advertiser accounts end-to-end and be the one advertisers ask when something breaks.
•Grow the revenue line by focusing on top-line gains and communicating clearly without requiring constant management.
•Run the ROAS dial by tuning targets per offer, geo, and OS, translating outcomes into bid moves.
•Catch problems before advertisers do by proactively identifying next steps and driving budget/geo/test changes.
•Translate between commercial and technical teams; debug cost-data drift and frame responses to partners.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Own a book of 5–15 advertiser accounts end-to-end and drive growth.
•Be proficient at storytelling with data; able to spot trends and explain them to non-technical stakeholders.
•Fluent in communicating between commercial teams and algorithm/engineering teams.
•Know platform-marketing metrics such as ROAS, LTV, retention, and ARPU, and onboard quickly on math.
•Hands-on experience with MMPs like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular and ability to read postbacks and attribution disputes.
