Job Summary

Assist with the placement, spreading, and leveling of asphalt materials on construction projects. Support paving crews with shoveling, raking, and smoothing asphalt, work around pavers/rollers/trucks, and follow grade and prep instructions for proper thickness and finish. Clean and maintain tools and equipment, perform minor repairs, and help maintain safe work zones while following OSHA and company safety policies to meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in the placement, spreading, and leveling of asphalt materials.
•Support paving operations, including shoveling, raking, and smoothing asphalt.
•Work around heavy equipment such as pavers, rollers, and trucks.
•Follow grade and prep instructions to ensure proper thickness and finish.
•Direct traffic as needed, maintain safe work zones, and follow OSHA and company safety protocols.

Key Requirements
