Job Summary

Drive growth of HP’s Workforce Experience Platform (WXP), Wolf Security, and Collaboration software across the Federal and SLED market as an overlay specialist within a matrixed sales team. Partner with PC and device Account Executives to identify software expansion opportunities in the existing install base, build multi-quarter pipeline, lead discovery with IT and HR leaders, and shape feedback loops that influence product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

•Treat the Federal/SLED region as your own business: understand revenue, risk, and multi-quarter growth drivers.
•Maintain VOC across the region and translate feedback into structured loops with Product, Marketing, and Strategy to influence WXP, Wolf Security, and Collaboration offerings.
•Partner as a software overlay specialist with PC and device Account Executives to identify and position software attach opportunities early.
•Lead discovery and consultative selling with IT Operations, End User Computing, and HR/People Technology leaders; produce TCO/ROI business value proposals.
•Own regional forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce; support RFP/RFI responses and execute territory/vertical strategies for priority segments.

Salary: USD 255,400 - 378,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•5–8 years of B2B technology sales experience, ideally in SaaS, DEX, endpoint security, or enterprise software.
•Experience in an overlay/specialist/solutions sales role within a matrixed sales organization (preferred).
•Demonstrated ability to build internal relationships and be a consistently pulled-in deal resource.
•Track record of carrying and exceeding quota in a solutions or specialty sales role.
