Coordinate SAP-based logistics for a single EUV/UIR system at the Hsinchu site. Under close supervision, you’ll manage materials coordination, tool tracking, service order governance, data reporting, and stakeholder communication to support efficient operations. This entry-level coordination role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and on-the-job training while ensuring accurate records and timely task execution.

Job Function: Executive & General Management

Key Responsibilities

•Problem analysis and escalation: Identifies issues and solves basic problems under close supervision.
•Materials Coordination & Tool Tracking: Supports tracking and coordination of materials and tools for assigned tasks. Communicates shortages and ensures materials are staged per daily work plans.
•Operational Governance: Supports service order tracking, time writing, and tracking tool calibration. Assists with timely closure (TECO) and follow up of open or aging orders.
•Data Analysis & Reporting: Generates standardized reports and assists in data collection. Updates administrative records related to logistics, tool calibration and service order status.
•Stakeholder Management: Communicates with internal teams and supports stakeholder needs providing relevant and necessary information to the Project Lead for broader distribution.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field or equivalent working and thinking level and experience.
•Basic understanding of SAP/CAM/SMS systems and logistic processes is required.
•Flexibility and openness to accommodate various work settings, locations and interactions with different colleagues.
