Production Manager Trainee- Locust Ridge

Learn and demonstrate competence across farm department areas while becoming certified in Smithfield systems and pork industry standards. Under department leader supervision, master hourly production roles, understand pig production processes and animal flow, and develop reports and improvement opportunities. Ensure compliance with environmental laws, IPS, biosecurity, and animal welfare policies, and serve as acting HOD when needed. Complete leadership certification and progress through the manager training program.
