Key Responsibilities

  • •Process invoices end-to-end (intake, coding, routing for approval, and payment runs) in Bill.com.
  • •Reconcile credit card transactions in Brex and ensure accurate general ledger coding and expense classification in QuickBooks Online.
  • •Respond to payment inquiries from teammates and vendors with clarity and patience.
  • •Flag spend anomalies (mis-codes, missing approvals, duplicate invoices, unusual vendors) and escalate appropriately.
  • •Support month-end close activities, including balance sheet reconciliation updates and resolving outstanding items; maintain documentation/audit trail.

Salary: USD 4,000 - 5,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •2–3 years processing accounts payable or doing similar finance operations work.
  • •Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and at least one AP or spend management tool (Bill.com, Brex, or similar).
  • •Experience reconciling corporate credit card programs/expense reconciliation.
  • •Knowledge of general ledger coding, expense classification, and W-9/vendor file hygiene.
  • •Strong written communication and comfort working in a remote/async environment.
