Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end email deliverability strategy, including IP pool architecture, domain strategy, and shared vs. dedicated sending models.
  • •Design and manage IP and domain warming programs; establish and enforce authentication standards and DMARC alignment.
  • •Monitor sender reputation, inbox placement, and blocklist activity, leading rapid remediation when issues arise.
  • •Serve as the senior deliverability advisor for brands: audit programs, diagnose inbox-placement issues, and lead onboarding and reputation transfer.
  • •Partner with Product and Engineering to build deliverability tooling and infrastructure, and hire/mentor a team as the function grows.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of dedicated email deliverability experience, ideally at an ESP, CDP, or high-volume sending platform.
  • •Deep technical command of email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI), IP and domain warming, sender reputation, and feedback loops.
  • •Hands-on ownership of deliverability for bulk/high-volume senders, including diagnosing and remediating blocklistings and inbox-placement issues.
  • •Fluency with Google Postmaster Tools and Yahoo Sender Hub, plus the 2024+ Gmail/Yahoo/Microsoft bulk-sender requirements.
  • •Strong communication skills and a player-coach mindset to build playbooks today and lead a team tomorrow.
