Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive and process cash and negotiable items, including loan payments, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
  • •Set up, close, and balance the teller station; assist with balancing vault, ATM, night drop, and coin machine as assigned.
  • •Record sales of monetary instruments and maintain neat, well-stocked teller areas.
  • •Cross-sell bank products and services and assist with opening basic new consumer accounts.
  • •Follow established limits and adhere to bank policies and procedures, including completing BSA/AML and other required compliance training as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •Equivalent to four years high school or GED, with emphasis on office/shop skills, plus 12 to 18 months related experience and/or training (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

  • •Ability to carry out simple multi-step instructions and use critical thinking in standardized situations with limited variables.
