Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the technical lead/primary engineer translating Go-To-Market/Revenue Ops/Sales problems (forecasting, attribution, churn) into production-grade data products.
  • •Build LLM-assisted workflows and integrate agentic tools for prototyping, architecture design, refactoring, and code review.
  • •Design and build data models (Kimball, Data Vault) and scalable pipelines ingesting Go-To-Market data from Salesforce and related systems.
  • •Create unified semantic layers and data marts, establishing data contracts, schema governance, and lineage standards for reliable consumption.
  • •Balance real-time streaming with batch warehouse patterns using Snowflake/Databricks, dbt, Fivetran, and Airflow; implement CI/CD, testing, and observability/monitoring while mentoring peers and contributing to documentation/governance reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
  • •6+ years of experience in software engineering, data architecture, or forward-deployed engineering with a track record of shipping production-grade data systems.
  • •Expert proficiency in Python and advanced SQL, with hands-on experience in cloud data warehouses/lakehouses (Snowflake, Databricks), dbt, and orchestration (Airflow, Dagster).
  • •Strong data modeling background using Kimball and Data Vault/dimensional modeling and semantic layer design for complex enterprise domains.
