Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the EVP and senior leadership team in defining and driving strategic initiatives aligned with company goals and technology roadmaps.
  • •Establish and scale planning and execution frameworks with clear operating plans, ownership, measurable milestones, and consistent delivery across Technical Services.
  • •Ensure strategic communication flows between Technical Services, Product & Technology, and Go To Market teams, including executive-ready presentations and messaging.
  • •Own program management for selected critical cross-functional initiatives, tracking milestones and driving accountability.
  • •Identify process inefficiencies, coordinate leadership meetings (e.g., QBRs), and support end-to-end change management and organizational enablement.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years leading enterprise software services delivery, business operations for an enterprise software company, or technology consulting experience.
