Key Responsibilities

•Receive product from press, stack, and place on pallets.
•Pull product through bundling machines and place bundled product on pallets; print pallet labels using Pecas.
•Perform downtime and cleanup activities (e.g., webbing the press, blowing out the Hugo Beck, mopping and cleaning the press area).
•Handle make-ready tasks including purging stacks, assisting with roller/stacker changes, cylinder and ink/solvent setup, and print unit cassette changes.
•Ensure OHSE compliance, consistent PPE use, and proper handling/disposal of hazardous materials and waste.

Key Requirements

•Understand the basic operation of the Hugo Beck Bundling System, including setup and troubleshooting.
•Perform correct loading through the bundling machine and onto pallets for material handling.
•Review work for quality and accuracy to ensure finished product is error-free.
•Follow OHSE/personal protection procedures and guidelines for hazardous materials and waste handling.
•Examine and maintain work areas in a safe and neat condition, including cleanup and proper storage of equipment/containers.
