Key Responsibilities

  • •Welcome and acknowledge Foundation Room members, Live Nation Executives, and VIPs.
  • •Provide impeccable upscale dining service and maintain beverage culture with strong mixology fundamentals.
  • •Prepare beverages to standard recipes and venue specifications; record equipment failures and safety hazards in the bar log.
  • •Ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinance and House of Blues alcohol policies, including ID checks for guests under 30 and refusing service to intoxicated guests.
  • •Complete opening/running/closing duties, prepare guest checks and process payments, maintain bartender bank, and run cash pull/check out and Comp/Spill checks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 12.96 - 17.05 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training certification (or equivalent) and compliance with local alcohol policies.
  • •Minimum 2 years bartending experience in upscale dining and nightlife establishments.
  • •Ability to up-sell and offer food and drink suggestions to guests.
  • •Strong cash handling skills and working knowledge of beverages.
  • •Ability to pass a pour test and mixology drill (timed) and handle intoxicated guests in a courteous, safety-minded manner.
