Job Summary

Deliver comprehensive financial and operational analysis to support company-wide cash flow management. Own preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual cash flow reporting, budgeting, long-term planning, and forecasting, including variance and trend analysis. Extract and analyze data from financial planning and reporting systems and maintain financial models. Partner with Cash Flow leadership, CFO, and senior management on earnings, Board materials, and external stakeholder updates.

Key Responsibilities

•Support consolidated cash flow reporting and planning, including monthly/quarterly analysis and annual budgeting, long-term planning, and forecasting.
•Prepare and review Business Unit monthly reporting by collecting financial and operational data and analyzing performance versus budget, forecast, and prior periods.
•Extract and analyze data from financial planning and reporting systems and other management reporting tools.
•Perform variance and trend analysis, including year-over-year comparisons, and maintain/update monthly financial models.
•Support executive leadership and external processes by preparing recurring/ad hoc reports, assisting with earnings call materials, and contributing to Board and ratings agency presentations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 106,700 - 120,900 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
•Minimum five (5) years of experience in financial analysis or a related field.
•Advanced analytical skills to evaluate and resolve complex financial and accounting issues.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain high accuracy.
•Experience with Hyperion (or comparable financial planning and reporting systems), plus advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP, SUMIFS).
