Job Summary

Support the design and (if needed) implementation of scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions that meet client business and technical requirements. Act as a trusted cloud technical advisor and provide pre-sales expertise to analyze requirements, design architectures, and support POC initiatives. Assess current systems, define migration and hybrid integration approaches, ensure security/compliance, and produce technical design documents and bid deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
•Design and architect less complex cloud-based systems to ensure high availability, scalability, performance, and reliability.
•Provide pre-sales technical support by analyzing client requirements, supporting RFP/RFI responses, and preparing technical design and bid deliverables.
•Assess existing on-premises systems and develop migration strategies; design integration solutions for data flow between cloud and on-premises environments.
•Define security best practices and compliance standards for cloud systems, support cloud governance frameworks, and manage client proof of concept (POC) initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
•Moderate experience as a Cloud Technical Architect (or similar) designing and implementing cloud architectures for complex systems.
•Moderate experience designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based solutions using major platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
•Moderate experience with serverless (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, or Google Cloud Functions) and automation/orchestration tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
•Vendor/product, sales, and technology certifications, including relevant cloud certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect).
