Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in TI’s Career Accelerator Program (CAP) with professional and technical training.
  • •Work as part of TI’s global HR team to support business leaders and HR strategy.
  • •Explore both HR business partner and specialist roles (e.g., recruiting, compensation, development, employee relations).
  • •Complete hands-on assignments and on-the-job project opportunities across multiple HR functions.
  • •Develop communication strategies and talent solutions that improve organizational and operational excellence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or Liberal Arts.
  • •Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher.
  • •Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively across functions.
