Key Responsibilities

•Provide interface and oversight to contract electrical power electricians on standard shift for maintenance/service work within timing, quality, efficiency, and cost guidelines.
•Lead daily planned maintenance execution, breakdown repairs, and troubleshooting to minimize disruption to plant production.
•Determine maintenance priorities, coordinate daily assignments with Operations and other crafts, and establish short-term activities including shift schedules and preventive inspections.
•Prepare and issue safe work permits for electrical power distribution areas, monitor adherence to safety procedures, and monitor the quality of maintenance work.
•Support design/installation activities by reviewing project documents, coordinating testing/commissioning/turnover, managing spare parts recommendations, and running SAP notifications/maintenance plans/work orders.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of direct supervision of power electricians is required (10 years preferred).
•High school diploma or GED required; some college desirable and documented formal training preferred.
•Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge/experience to maintain industrial plant electrical power distribution duties.
•Ability to interpret repair reports and functional specifications, issue safe work permits, and ensure maintenance quality.
•Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to communicate in English; must be able to work weekends/holidays and respond to callouts.
