Lead the design and execution of Payoneer’s LATAM partner strategy. •Identify and secure high-impact strategic partners.
•Drive measurable customer acquisition through these partnerships.
•Lead executive-level negotiations with founders and C-level stakeholders and structure partnerships that drive revenue and long-term value.
•Build a diversified pipeline across LATAM including ISPs, marketplaces, logistics, fintechs, banks, and industry players.
•Design joint GTM and co-selling strategies and establish operating rhythms, forecasting, and performance metrics.

Key Requirements

•10+ years in Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales leadership within fintech, payments, SaaS, ecommerce ecosystems, or cross-border industries.
