Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute work plans for one or more projects and proactively progress to meet deliverables.
  • •Develop and execute project timelines with contingency planning, and track progress to outcomes.
  • •Assist with prototype development and refinement based on consumer feedback.
  • •Conduct bench work, ingredient screenings, pilot plant and/or manufacturing trials to assess feasibility, manufacturing capability, and consumer acceptability.
  • •Incorporate nutritional and cost parameters into product design and communicate plans, results, and risks to stakeholders and senior staff.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science in Food Science or a related field.

  • •Creative problem-solving and ability to work with ambiguity to find solutions.
  • •Strong lab skills with running/improving test methods, data synthesis and interpretation, and clear written/oral communication.
