Job Summary

Serve as the primary systems manager for the CRM platform and related applications. Translate business needs from stakeholders and end users into technical requirements for new features, upgrades, and enhancements. Lead design and documentation (workflows, data flow diagrams), coordinate vendor solutions, and participate in testing, rollout, troubleshooting, and change control processes to improve systems effectiveness and production readiness.

•Translate business requirements into technical requirements to guide implementation of new features, systems, enhancements, and upgrades.
•Collaborate with vendors and engage decision makers, systems owners, and end users to identify business and operational requirements and system goals.
•Lead system design sessions and develop technical maps (diagrams/flowcharts), producing and maintaining design documentation such as data flow diagrams and workflows.
•Perform systems analysis, improve systems/workflows, identify control points, and support production readiness with documented roles and responsibilities.
•Support troubleshooting in triage mode, represent system changes in Change Control processes, and lead system and unit testing for modified/new systems.

Key Requirements

•University degree or college diploma in business administration, computer science, engineering, or management information systems (or equivalent work experience).
•Minimum 10+ years of related work experience.
•Strong IT background with an understanding of banking operations, products, processes, and procedures.
•Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills, including the ability to conduct research into systems issues.
•Excellent written and oral communication skills, with familiarity working in collaborative, customer-centric environments and managing user access/profiles under corporate security policies.
