Key Responsibilities

  • •Diagnose, inspect, and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently per dealership and manufacturer standards.
  • •Perform work outlined on repair orders, including complex diagnostics and repairs, while meeting quality and productivity expectations.
  • •Identify additional safety, maintenance, or repair needs and communicate findings clearly with the Service Advisor.
  • •Road-test vehicles as needed to verify repairs and ensure proper vehicle operation.
  • •Support and mentor apprentice and developing technicians; serve as a technical resource for complex diagnostics and difficult repairs.
