Sr. Manager, Field Ops Training

Lead the strategy, design, and execution of training programs that enable a large, distributed field organization to perform consistently across the nation. Own the end-to-end training lifecycle—including onboarding, uptraining, certifications, leadership development, and rollout readiness—while ensuring programs are scalable, practical, and aligned to operational, safety, quality, and customer experience goals.
