Key Responsibilities

  • •Adjust third-party bodily injury, personal injury, and wrongdoing claims, ensuring accurate handling from beginning to closure.
  • •Review and complete claim tasks on required timelines, including assignment review and claimant contact within 24 hours.
  • •Gather evidence, interview claimants/insured/witnesses, and coordinate appraisers/estimates and determine whether they are appropriate.
  • •Record all claim-relevant communications and activities in the claim system, including imaging documents and setting reminders for follow-up.
  • •Ensure compliance requirements are met (e.g., CEU/Medicare guidance/Sovereign Immunity checks), maintain a 95% closure ratio, and report/update the excess carrier when required.

Key Requirements
