Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink, and investigate/root cause inventory accuracy issues with store leadership.
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion strong sales floor visual standards and execute operations-focused directives, projects, and initiatives with the Operations & Visual Management team.
  • •Support reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to ensure products and resources are maintained and maximized.
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs while supporting safe and efficient store operations.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment.
  • •Ability to lift, push, carry, or move up to 50 pounds.

  • •Ability to stand and move for an entire shift and require constant movement around the store.
