Job Summary

Drive FP&A for Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) in India by delivering weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI and variance analysis across P&L, working capital, and cash. Partner with business and finance leaders on annual budget, long-term plans, and forecasting, and support profitability and commercial effectiveness for projects and services. Coordinate audits and reviews, manage month-end accounting activities in Hyperion, and develop estimating and short-range outlooks.

Key Responsibilities

•Own FP&A matters for HBS India, delivering robust weekly/monthly KPI and variance analysis for P&L, working capital, and cash metrics.
•Support annual budget (AOP), long-term plans (STRAP), and periodical forecasting with solid midterm and short-range outlooks.
•Perform profitability and commercial effectiveness analysis for projects and services, including working capital, cash, and unbilled analysis.
•Coordinate statutory, internal, and limited review requirements with stakeholders and close efforts with auditors.
•Manage month-end activities such as booking JVs and loading financial/reconciling data into Hyperion; contribute to estimating process and short-range outlooks (SRO).

Key Requirements

•CA/ICWA with 6 to 8 years of experience in Accounting/Finance with commercial/operations finance and FP&A knowledge.
•Hands-on FP&A experience, including working with outside India office/global finance teams and internal/external auditors.
•Strong advanced Excel skills.
•Good understanding of projects and services businesses, with working knowledge of US GAAP, SOX, and Ind AS (preferable).
•Strong controls orientation and proven systems skills (SAP, Hyperion, and Microsoft Office).
