Key Responsibilities

•Shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area using data, customer research, broader market insights, and value-driven principles.
•Deliver on the strategy and KPIs by prioritising the most impactful projects on a quarterly basis, and work closely with Engineers, Designers, Analysts, Researchers, Compliance, and beyond.
•Start as an IC, but hire product managers and grow your organisation as necessary to deliver on your strategy.
•Communicate and collaborate effectively with other product teams and departments to deliver the best possible experience for the customer, including influencing areas not in your direct control.
•Go beyond the traditional boundaries of a product role to deliver faster, including owning compliance risk and unblocking technical issues.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 145,000 - 185,000 annually
