Key Responsibilities

  • •Shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area using data, customer research, broader market insights, and value-driven principles.
  • •Deliver on the strategy and KPIs by prioritising the most impactful projects on a quarterly basis, and work closely with Engineers, Designers, Analysts, Researchers, Compliance, and beyond.
  • •Start as an IC, but hire product managers and grow your organisation as necessary to deliver on your strategy.
  • •Communicate and collaborate effectively with other product teams and departments to deliver the best possible experience for the customer, including influencing areas not in your direct control.
  • •Go beyond the traditional boundaries of a product role to deliver faster, including owning compliance risk and unblocking technical issues.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 145,000 - 185,000 annually
