Job Summary

Design, build, and evolve a modern, scalable data architecture that powers analytics, reporting, and AI/ML use cases across the GTM business. Own end-to-end ingestion and transformation pipelines into Snowflake using dbt and orchestration tools, including data modeling, governance, and performance/cost optimization. Enable secure AWS/Azure platform components, ensure data reliability with testing/monitoring, and collaborate with BI/analytics teams to deliver measurable data products.

Key Responsibilities

•Architect and implement end-to-end ingestion and transformation pipelines into Snowflake from source systems, including ELT/ETL, incremental loads, SCD handling, backfills, and CDC-based ingestion where applicable.
•Own data modeling in Snowflake with dbt (dimensional models, marts, curated layers), metric-ready datasets, and dbt best practices (staging → intermediate → marts, modular models, macros/packages).
•Implement secure, scalable data platform enablement across AWS and Azure, including landing zones, storage, networking, secrets management, and Snowflake connectivity patterns.
•Ensure reliability with data quality controls, dbt tests, anomaly detection and pipeline monitoring, SLAs/SLOs, and operational readiness (logging, alerting, retries, and safe deploys).
•Build CI/CD and engineering practices for data development, and define architecture patterns supporting AI/ML, GenAI/agentic AI use cases with secure enterprise access and governance.

Salary: 1,470,000 - 2,450,000

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in data engineering and data architecture with a strong hands-on track record.
•Strong production experience with Snowflake (performance tuning, data loading patterns, security model).
•Strong production experience with dbt, including incremental models, snapshots, tests, macros, documentation, and deployments.
•Experience building pipelines and integrations in AWS and/or Azure; strong understanding of data modeling (dimensional modeling, SCD types).
•Experience with orchestration (Airflow, Dagster, Prefect, or Azure Data Factory) and implementing data quality, monitoring, and operational best practices.
