Job Summary

Help customers overcome HR technology challenges by delivering Workday Success Plans services after go-live. Partner with an Engagement Manager to run feature adoption workshops, functional reviews, and health checks, and provide ask-an-expert consulting through research, demos, configuration guidance, and troubleshooting. Support multiple customers on short-duration projects while helping them stabilize, optimize, and get the most value from their Workday Talent & Performance and Learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide excellent customer service by engaging customers to understand business requirements and deliver configuration solutions that explain product capabilities, benefits, and risks.
•Support multiple customers concurrently on short-duration projects, helping them stabilize and optimize their Workday applications and learn new features.
•Respond to ask-an-expert requests through research, small-scope consulting, configuration guidance, demonstrations, and troubleshooting to meet customer business requirements.
•Partner with an Engagement Manager to deliver services including Feature Adoption Workshops, Functional Reviews, and Health Checks.
•Deliver additional services such as Collaboration Crews, Accelerator Webinars, Feature Accelerators, and Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 94,600 - 167,900 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of Human Capital Management (HCM) software and consulting experience on medium or large enterprise HRIS projects, or applicable practitioner deployment experience.
•3+ years of experience in Talent & Performance and/or Learning product areas.
•1+ years of Workday Consulting experience or experience as a Workday SME.
•Bachelor’s degree or related experience required.
•Certified or ability to certify in Workday HCM Products, and strong communication and critical thinking skills.
