Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Comms product area end to end—define the vision, roadmap, and prioritization for how clients and internal teams communicate at scale.
  • •Plan and deliver scalable services for Push Notifications, Attachments, Statements, and in-platform Chat, alongside evolving the existing Email service.
  • •Work embedded with Engineering to shape technical approaches, stay close to architecture and trade-offs, and unblock delivery in real time.
  • •Set and track success metrics (deliverability, engagement, latency, reliability) and use data to guide what to build and how to measure impact.
  • •Gather feedback from teams and clients, run Show & Tell, and serve as the go-to product expert for Comms across the platform.

  • •2-3+ years in product for a fintech or SaaS business, including scaling or re-platforming an existing capability.
  • •A builder’s instinct to re-architect working features into standalone, scalable services without breaking client dependencies.
