Drive store sales by delivering an authentic ALO guest experience through product education and customer engagement. Collaborate with leadership to analyze reports, support action plans, and ensure strong sales floor coverage. Handle day-to-day merchandising, shipment processing, and replenishment excellence while maintaining front- and back-of-house procedures. Build daily client relationships, resolve customer needs quickly, and educate guests and staff on ALO’s products, community, and culture.
