Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide personalized front-line customer service including greeting/closing, phone etiquette, and written communications while meeting customer service expectations.
  • •Process checking and savings transactions and various payments/orders according to bank policy and procedures.
  • •Count, prove, package currency, balance the cash drawer, and research teller differences within specified timeframes.
  • •Effectively use technology to accurately complete customer transactions and participate in assigned sales referral goals.
  • •Assist with compliance, security, end-of-day balancing, audits, and operational support for teller operations as needed.

Salary: USD 18.1 - 22.75 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) and one year or more of related experience in banking, cash handling, customer service, and/or sales (or equivalent combination).
  • •Ability to work onsite to perform responsibilities.

  • •Experience balancing a teller drawer and reconciling differences.
