Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish product vision and northstar, connecting it to the broader developer productivity strategy.
  • •Own cross-cutting developer workflows end to end and drive changes across pillars (App & Cloud Infra, Reliability Engineering, Developer Experience).
  • •Define and measure developer productivity by building metrics, instrumentation, and qualitative research.
  • •Partner with Engineering, Product, TPM, and Data Science to set success criteria and measurable objectives.
  • •Develop and drive alignment on the product roadmap, influencing teams beyond direct ownership to ship and deliver impact.

Salary: USD 232,000 - 282,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of product management experience building tools and platforms for technical users (developer tooling, infrastructure, or platform products).
  • •Track record improving developer or engineering productivity with measurements to prove impact.
  • •Experience defining and operationalizing metrics for outcomes, using quantitative and qualitative approaches appropriately.
  • •Strong understanding of technical architecture for complex, highly scalable systems and modern AI-powered developer workflows (AI-assisted development, code review, CI/CD, build systems, testing, deployment).
  • •Ability to drive outcomes across organizational boundaries without direct authority, aligning roadmaps and prioritization.
