Key Responsibilities

  • •Introduce and socialize a business process framework with stakeholders and programs across functions including manufacturing, supply chain, program management, configuration management, and quality.
  • •Document current workflows, identify bottlenecks in process execution, and design future-state operational models.
  • •Guide rollout and implementation for areas of responsibility, including communicating process design impact to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • •Create and maintain Lucid/Visio visualizations to synthesize information, highlight risks, and escalate them to leadership.
  • •Facilitate process phase gate evaluations and support adoption by recommending tactical resources and coaching teams on best practices and lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, math, or sciences.
  • •3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, manufacturing operations, industrial engineering, change management, project/program management, or engineering transformation.
  • •Strong business acumen with knowledge of hardware and manufacturing domains.
  • •Ability to collaborate and influence across levels and disciplines, from individual contributors to senior leadership.
