Lead resource and workforce planning for IT service delivery and project management operations. Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end resource lifecycle including demand forecasting, capacity planning, staffing, and deployment for projects.
•Perform demand-supply analysis and allocate resources based on skillsets, availability, and business priorities.
•Ensure optimal bench utilization through internal movement, reskilling, and cross-skilling; minimize unbilled workforce.
•Forecast workforce requirements and develop quarterly and long-term workforce strategies with leadership.
•Collaborate with delivery managers, talent acquisition, account teams, and vendors; provide reporting and governance on utilization, fulfillment, attrition, and pipeline health.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
•6–12 years of experience in Resource Management / PMO / Workforce Planning.
•Experience in IT services, especially IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and Cyber Security domains.
