Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with raw materials as part of the meat processing production process for Duke’s Meat Snacks.
  • •Rotate through various production positions within the meat processing area.
  • •Operate meat grinding and processing equipment and place raw products onto racks for cooking and processing.
  • •Assist with equipment setup and teardown and complete production paperwork and accurate records.
  • •Support sanitation activities and help keep work areas clean while following food safety, quality, and workplace safety requirements.
