Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure accurate, timely, and reliable programme schedule delivery across all capital projects within the Infrastructure function.
  • •Provide leadership and oversight to embedded scheduling teams, promoting consistent scheduling standards, methodologies, systems, and tools.
  • •Oversee preparation and coordination of executive-level progress reports, translating programme performance, critical risks, mitigation strategies, and decision points into clear insights.
  • •Establish governance and quality assurance for schedule development, monitoring, performance measurement, and reporting across the programme portfolio.
  • •Monitor and analyse programme schedules to identify critical path issues, emerging risks, delays, and schedule variances, and drive recovery actions while maintaining integrated master schedules and WBS/CBS alignment.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 15 years’ professional experience in project planning, scheduling, and programme controls, including at least 3 years supporting major aviation, transportation, or large-scale infrastructure programmes.
  • •Proven expertise developing and managing schedules for complex, high-value capital projects with an understanding of infrastructure delivery lifecycle requirements.
  • •Ability to consolidate, integrate, and manage multiple schedule inputs, performance metrics, and project data streams within an enterprise scheduling environment to produce accurate programme-wide schedules and executive reporting.
  • •Extensive experience working in multidisciplinary project environments (consultancy, client-side, or contractor) with knowledge of stakeholder expectations and project governance frameworks.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex schedule data and provide meaningful insights for programme decision-making.
